HOW DID I COME TO FIND THIS “wonder-like/cure-all-like” natural “medicine”?
Well, for me it was the combination of;
Asking 2 old ladies above 70, why they might have aged so gently and beautifully, while being very fit of both energy and body appearance as well, without doing any sports even!?
And after plenty of discussion and though, we/she realized that the only uncommon (to our modern lifestyle) habit that they both seemed to have was eating soups, sauses and other foods that are based/prepaired with chicken-bone BROTH cooked slowly for many hours. This broth is then stored, portioned into glass-containers and kept in either the old-fashioned, dark, food storage, or in a fridge.
From this info. I realized, as I later remembered and connected it with the memory of MY OWN TRICK, while out globetrotting as a show-dancer, not having time for any flu or cold, I would always make a chickensoup, which I exageratedly would fill with onion and black pepper, thinking that it was those 2 ingredients that burned the crap out of me, as well as the cold and flu, making me me sweat instantly and heavily, but now realizing with this old ladies info’s, that it was actually the chicken-BONE-BROTH.
Surely the excess of black pepper and onions helped it all by making me sweat so severely, but with some research on what all infact is in a broth like this, I now understand! Funny how we sometimes can be doing the right thing without even realising it.
Well, I had always seen my dad doing this when he felt like any illness war creaping up on him, or whenever he felt otherwise weak. But I never asked him about it, and so he never explained. So I just figured it was the pepper and the onion in combination with the chicken soup somehow.
Well now OBVIOUSLY he had the chickensoup habit from his own old elders of the family, and weather he or anyone of them knew who or not, they were used to the effectiveness of it.
Regarding the pepper, I eventually realized, through my researches, that his habit of exagerating with the pepper, came from the fact that his digestion was poor (as he was an alcoholic, as well as a stressed workaholic (and an emotional freakshow, which I now also know is related to an unhealthy Gut/intestine).
` Because the only thing pepper actually does, is help digestion (aiding the enzymes and whatever), and the sweating (which is the body’s own natural way of detoxifying system) is just a good side-effect of the pepper. Onion is of course also a health/immune supporting factor, but on it’s own when cooked, it has very limited effects, and is not enough at all.
Another step to my own realization of all this, also came about through the researches, in my habbit of questioning most everything and searching clues, facts, etc. for more ways to understand (most anything or anyone in life) more profoudly.
And so I eventually found todays researches, mostly based on doctors own practical experiences, with so-called impossible to heal health issues, and found so much more facts of success with using mainly the Chicken-BROTH.
