I saw a cartoon like imagery going on from it; the green greenhouse with first notes of melody coming out from the sixth floor windows on both sides, flowing through the hallways. And next plants with small leaves and flowers coming to follow, growing spreading out through the hallways and out of all the windows of the 6th floor. 

But as soon as he stopped playing they all withered and wanished much faster than they came.
